Effective: October 28, 2026 · Last updated: October 28, 2026 · Version 2.0

Welcome to MatrixHubx (“the Service”). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us governing your use of the Service. Please read them carefully, especially the sections on platform authorization, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability and termination.

Platform compliance notice: The Service works through official platform APIs. When you connect TikTok, you must also comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Developer Terms, Community Guidelines and Brand Guidelines. The Service helps you manage your own accounts and content; it does not provide artificial engagement, bulk registration, unattended automation or spam capabilities.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. When you use third-party platform features, you must also comply with the applicable platform’s terms of service, developer policies and community guidelines.

4. The Service

The Service provides multi-platform content creation support, scheduling, human approval, publishing, analytics and team collaboration. You connect accounts through official OAuth flows, and the Service acts only within the permissions you grant to submit content you have approved and read authorized data.

We do not guarantee that any content will pass platform review, receive reach, or produce any particular commercial result. Platform recommendation systems, rate limits, review processes and policies are controlled solely by the platforms.

5. Platform authorization and terms

5.1 General

5.2 TikTok terms

When you use TikTok-related features:

5.3 YouTube terms

When you access YouTube data or upload to a YouTube channel through the Service, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. We use YouTube Data API v3 and access only the channels and data you expressly authorize. You may revoke access at any time at Google Account third-party connections.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Terms such as “subscriber” are used as defined by YouTube.

5.4 Meta platform terms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram or Threads, you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards. You may publish only content you have the rights to use, and you must use branded content labels and commercial music as required. You can remove the app’s authorization in your Meta account settings.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to engage in or facilitate any of the following:

If you violate these rules, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue legal remedies. Where we suspect unlawful activity, we may report it to the competent authorities.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain all rights in your Platform Content. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license, sublicensable to necessary service providers, to store, reproduce, convert formats, transmit and display your Platform Content solely as needed to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or terminate your account, except for the reasonable period needed for legal compliance or backup rotation.

You represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights to your Platform Content; that it does not infringe third-party rights; that commercial partnerships, advertising and endorsements are properly disclosed; and that you have obtained permissions for music, fonts, assets and likeness.

The Service’s software, interface, trademarks, documentation and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or use them in a competing product without written permission. Feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation to improve the Service.

We do not use your private content to train general-purpose public AI models without your consent.

8. Fees, subscriptions and points

9. Changes and availability

We may add, modify or discontinue features to adapt to platform APIs, security requirements or product plans. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or full compatibility with every platform, device or browser. Scheduled maintenance, platform outages, network attacks and force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Termination and suspension

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate all or part of your access if:

After termination, you will lose access to your account and content. We will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before it.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation and freedom from errors. You use the Service at your own risk.

We are not responsible for platform review, rate limiting, removal, suspension or policy changes; interruptions or data loss at third-party services; infringement of third-party rights by your content; disputes between you and a platform or other users; or losses caused by your failure to back up data.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, goodwill, data or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim; if the Service is provided free of charge, our liability will not exceed USD 100 or the equivalent. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.

13. Indemnification

If your breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, submission of unlawful or infringing content, or misuse of the Service leads to third-party claims, lawsuits, penalties or losses, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, employees and service providers, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. We may choose our own defense strategy, and you will provide reasonable assistance.

14. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service provider has its principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days after written notice, either party may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction at the Service provider’s principal place of business.

If the law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to bring a claim before a local court or regulator, this section does not limit that right.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through a notice on this page or by email and will update the date above. Changes are not retroactive. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
